Signs of a faulty part

If you notice any of the following, the part likely needs replacement:

  • One door not locking/unlocking with the others
  • Grinding or clicking noise from within the door when locking
  • Door locks intermittently

Installation information

Requires the door panel to be removed for access — connects to the door’s locking linkage and wiring harness.

Frequently asked questions

This motor is specific to each individual door — a failure in one door’s motor doesn’t affect the others, since each has its own independent actuator.

  • No complaints about Evro Trans itself, everything's fine. But the delivery..... It felt like the order was being carried by turtles. 4 days from Riga to Daugavpils. Judging by the tracking, the parcel just sat somewhere behind a shed for 3 days, then they found it and delivered it the next day. I think that's why I won't be ordering there again.

  • Bought a front fender for my car. I liked it! After payment they sent more than 20 photos of the problem areas, and it was packed very securely - took a while to unwrap.
