Intake manifold – how to choose?

The intake manifold distributes air (or air-fuel mixture) evenly to each cylinder, connecting the throttle body to the cylinder head.

Match an inlet manifold by engine code, complete reference, ports and mounting points. Flap controls, sensors and actuators may be sold separately. Check the supplied-parts description and the stated condition of the assembly. A manifold gasket or accessory is not a substitute for the complete inlet manifold.

How to tell if the part is damaged?

Bolts to the cylinder head with a new gasket — torque bolts evenly in the specified sequence to ensure a proper seal.
