1. SELLER
The online shop is operated by SIA “EVRO TRANS”, registration No. 42403008086, VAT No. LV42403008086, Rīgas iela 16D, Rēzekne, LV-4601, Latvia. Email: [email protected]. Telephone: +371 27 77 66 13.
2. SCOPE AND CONTRACT
These terms apply to purchases from the EVROTRANS online shop. Product listings are invitations to order. A binding contract is formed when we accept the order and confirm it for fulfilment. We may contact you to verify vehicle compatibility, availability, delivery or suspected error before acceptance. The contract language follows the selected storefront language where supported.
3. PRODUCTS AND COMPATIBILITY
We sell new and used vehicle parts. Used parts may show normal wear described or visible in the listing. Photos form part of the description but screen colours may differ. Vehicle model/year alone may not prove compatibility; compare the OEM/part number, dimensions, connectors and other technical characteristics shown in the listing. Our compatibility assistance is based on the information you provide and does not replace correct installation and professional diagnosis.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT unless the checkout clearly states a lawful exemption or reverse-charge treatment. Delivery is added before the order is submitted. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment services may be provided by Stripe, Klix, bank transfer or another displayed provider. We may correct an obvious pricing or calculation error before acceptance and will offer cancellation/refund where payment was already taken.
5. DELIVERY
Available carrier, pickup point, price and estimated timing are shown at checkout for the supplied destination and parcel characteristics. Times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Risk passes to a consumer when the consumer or a nominated third party receives the goods. Inspect visible transport damage promptly and retain packaging; this does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
6. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
EEA and UK consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase, subject to statutory exceptions. Notify us clearly within 14 days after receiving the goods and return them within the following 14 days. You normally bear the direct return cost unless the item is defective, incorrectly supplied or we agree otherwise. You may inspect a product as you would in a shop but may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
The withdrawal right may not apply to goods made or modified to your specification, sealed goods unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons after unsealing, or other statutory exceptions. This exclusion is applied only where legally permitted and disclosed before purchase. Refunds, including standard outbound delivery where required, are made using the original payment method within the statutory period; we may wait until goods are returned or return evidence is supplied. Follow the Returns and Quality Policy for the practical process.
7. CONFORMITY AND WARRANTY
Consumers retain all mandatory legal remedies for goods that do not conform to the contract. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Contact us promptly with the order number, fault description and supporting photos where useful. Damage caused by incorrect selection, installation, modification, misuse, accident or ordinary wear is not a conformity defect. Commercial warranties, if offered, supplement statutory rights.
8. LIABILITY
We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies and liability for intentional misconduct or personal injury where applicable. Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect customer information, incompatible selection against our warning, improper installation or use outside the product’s intended purpose. Business-customer liability may be limited to foreseeable direct loss and the order value where lawful.
9. PERSONAL DATA AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Personal data is handled under the Privacy and Cookie Policies. Site content, photographs, trademarks and catalogue material may not be copied or commercially reused without permission except where law allows.
10. COMPLAINTS, LAW AND DISPUTES
Send complaints to [email protected] or the postal address above. We aim to resolve them directly. Latvian law applies without depriving consumers in another country of mandatory protections of their habitual residence. Consumers may use the courts or competent out-of-court dispute body available under applicable law. Latvian consumers can find consumer-dispute information through the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (www.ptac.gov.lv). UK consumers retain their mandatory UK rights. Business disputes are subject to the competent Latvian courts unless agreed otherwise.
11. CHANGES
The terms in force when the order was placed apply to that order. We may update these terms for future orders and publish the revision date.
