Is it dangerous to drive with this light faulty?

Yes, rear fog lights provide important visibility in poor conditions where they’re specifically needed — this should be repaired promptly.

Why does the light need to switch off automatically or manually in clear conditions?

Rear fog lights are so bright that leaving them on in clear conditions can dazzle drivers behind you — most vehicles require manual activation and often turn off automatically with the headlights.

What is the light made of?

No complaints about Evro Trans itself, everything's fine. But the delivery..... It felt like the order was being carried by turtles. 4 days from Riga to Daugavpils. Judging by the tracking, the parcel just sat somewhere behind a shed for 3 days, then they found it and delivered it the next day. I think that's why I won't be ordering there again.

Bought a front fender for my car. I liked it! After payment they sent more than 20 photos of the problem areas, and it was packed very securely - took a while to unwrap.
