Can I replace just the handle without the mechanism?

Yes, if the mechanism itself is fine and it’s just the handle that’s worn or broken.

Is a fault here a safety issue?

Not directly, but it makes it harder to set the seat up correctly for the driver, which can affect comfort and a safe driving position.

No complaints about Evro Trans itself, everything's fine. But the delivery..... It felt like the order was being carried by turtles. 4 days from Riga to Daugavpils. Judging by the tracking, the parcel just sat somewhere behind a shed for 3 days, then they found it and delivered it the next day. I think that's why I won't be ordering there again.

Bought a front fender for my car. I liked it! After payment they sent more than 20 photos of the problem areas, and it was packed very securely - took a while to unwrap.
