The parking sensor (ultrasonic sensor) detects nearby obstacles using ultrasonic pulses, alerting the driver via audible beeps and/or a visual display.
If you notice any of the following, the part likely needs replacement:
Sensor not detecting obstacles it should (missing beeps)
Constant beeping with no obstacle present (false detection)
Warning light or message related to the parking sensor system
Installation information
Clips into the bumper mounting hole and connects to the wiring harness — the system typically self-calibrates, but check for correct operation after installation.
Frequently asked questions
Dirt, mud, ice, or even heavy rain covering the sensor face can interfere with the ultrasonic pulses, causing inaccurate or false readings — cleaning the sensors is worth trying first.
Super good! They came through with the part I needed, quickly and at a fair price! Thanks, and I definitely recommend!

No complaints about Evro Trans itself, everything's fine. But the delivery..... It felt like the order was being carried by turtles. 4 days from Riga to Daugavpils. Judging by the tracking, the parcel just sat somewhere behind a shed for 3 days, then they found it and delivered it the next day. I think that's why I won't be ordering there again.

Bought a front fender for my car. I liked it! After payment they sent more than 20 photos of the problem areas, and it was packed very securely - took a while to unwrap.
