Is it dangerous to drive with a faulty display?

Not critical for safety, since parking sensors are an aid rather than a primary safety system, and the audible warning often still functions — repair when convenient.

Can this display be repaired instead of replaced?

In some specialist cases, yes, but full replacement is often more practical given the cost of diagnosing and repairing small electronic displays.

What is the display made of?

A small LCD or LED screen in a compact housing.

If you notice any of the following, the part likely needs replacement:

Display not showing any readings despite sensors beeping
Display flickering or showing an error message
Display backlight not working

Frequently asked questions

These are often somewhat independent circuits from the same control module — a fault isolated to the display’s own screen or wiring can leave the audible warning system unaffected.

No complaints about Evro Trans itself, everything's fine. But the delivery..... It felt like the order was being carried by turtles. 4 days from Riga to Daugavpils. Judging by the tracking, the parcel just sat somewhere behind a shed for 3 days, then they found it and delivered it the next day. I think that's why I won't be ordering there again.

Bought a front fender for my car. I liked it! After payment they sent more than 20 photos of the problem areas, and it was packed very securely - took a while to unwrap.
