Is it dangerous to drive with a leaking power steering hose?

A significant leak can lead to loss of power steering assist, making the steering much heavier — while still driveable, this affects control and should be repaired promptly.

Can the hose be repaired instead of replaced?

Given the pressure involved, replacement is the reliable fix rather than attempting a temporary repair.

What is the hose made of?

Reinforced rubber, rated for high-pressure hydraulic fluid.

No complaints about Evro Trans itself, everything's fine. But the delivery..... It felt like the order was being carried by turtles. 4 days from Riga to Daugavpils. Judging by the tracking, the parcel just sat somewhere behind a shed for 3 days, then they found it and delivered it the next day. I think that's why I won't be ordering there again.

Bought a front fender for my car. I liked it! After payment they sent more than 20 photos of the problem areas, and it was packed very securely - took a while to unwrap.
