Signs of a faulty part

If you notice any of the following, the part likely needs replacement:

  • Cracks or chips in the glass
  • Water leak around the glass edge
  • Wind noise from a poor seal

Installation information

Requires the old glass and sealant to be carefully removed, and the new glass bonded with fresh sealant — allow proper curing time before driving.

Frequently asked questions

On many body styles, this rearmost side glass is a fixed panel forming part of the vehicle’s structural glazing, rather than an opening window.

  • No complaints about Evro Trans itself, everything's fine. But the delivery..... It felt like the order was being carried by turtles. 4 days from Riga to Daugavpils. Judging by the tracking, the parcel just sat somewhere behind a shed for 3 days, then they found it and delivered it the next day. I think that's why I won't be ordering there again.

  • Bought a front fender for my car. I liked it! After payment they sent more than 20 photos of the problem areas, and it was packed very securely - took a while to unwrap.
