Signs of a faulty part

If you notice any of the following, the part likely needs replacement:

  • Multiple functions on that door not working (window, lock)
  • Diagnostic fault code related to the module itself
  • Door functions work from other switches but not the door’s own controls

Installation information

Mounted inside the door, connecting to the door wiring harness — requires the door panel to be removed for access.

Frequently asked questions

This module handles all the electrical functions for that specific door, so a fault here can affect the window, lock, and other functions simultaneously, even though each mechanism itself is fine.

  • No complaints about Evro Trans itself, everything's fine. But the delivery..... It felt like the order was being carried by turtles. 4 days from Riga to Daugavpils. Judging by the tracking, the parcel just sat somewhere behind a shed for 3 days, then they found it and delivered it the next day. I think that's why I won't be ordering there again.

  • Bought a front fender for my car. I liked it! After payment they sent more than 20 photos of the problem areas, and it was packed very securely - took a while to unwrap.
