Is it dangerous to drive with this light faulty?

Yes, this is a genuine safety concern — other road users and pedestrians won’t be warned when you reverse, and your own visibility when reversing at night is reduced — repair promptly.

Is it the bulb or the reversing light switch causing the fault?

Check the bulb first as the simpler, cheaper cause — if replacing it doesn’t help, the reversing light switch on the gearbox is the next thing to check.

What is the light made of?

A bulb or LED array in a durable plastic housing with a clear or white lens.

No complaints about Evro Trans itself, everything's fine. But the delivery..... It felt like the order was being carried by turtles. 4 days from Riga to Daugavpils. Judging by the tracking, the parcel just sat somewhere behind a shed for 3 days, then they found it and delivered it the next day. I think that's why I won't be ordering there again.

Bought a front fender for my car. I liked it! After payment they sent more than 20 photos of the problem areas, and it was packed very securely - took a while to unwrap.
