Is it dangerous to drive with a faulty steering wheel button?

Not directly dangerous, but a button that activates randomly (like cruise control) could be a distraction or safety concern — have it addressed if it behaves unpredictably.

Can this button be cleaned instead of replaced?

In some cases, cleaning around and under the button can resolve stickiness from dirt or spilled liquids, but worn internal contacts need replacement.

What is the button made of?

Plastic with an internal membrane or mechanical switch contact.

No complaints about Evro Trans itself, everything's fine. But the delivery..... It felt like the order was being carried by turtles. 4 days from Riga to Daugavpils. Judging by the tracking, the parcel just sat somewhere behind a shed for 3 days, then they found it and delivered it the next day. I think that's why I won't be ordering there again.

Bought a front fender for my car. I liked it! After payment they sent more than 20 photos of the problem areas, and it was packed very securely - took a while to unwrap.
