Signs of a faulty part

If you notice any of the following, the part likely needs replacement:

  • Sunroof won’t open or close
  • Water leaking through the sunroof
  • Unusual noise while driving with it open

Installation information

Replacement is a complex job requiring precise seal fitting and mechanism adjustment for a watertight, smooth-running result.

Frequently asked questions

Often because a clogged drainage channel is failing to carry water away from the seal, rather than a fault in the glass or seal itself.

  • No complaints about Evro Trans itself, everything's fine. But the delivery..... It felt like the order was being carried by turtles. 4 days from Riga to Daugavpils. Judging by the tracking, the parcel just sat somewhere behind a shed for 3 days, then they found it and delivered it the next day. I think that's why I won't be ordering there again.

  • Bought a front fender for my car. I liked it! After payment they sent more than 20 photos of the problem areas, and it was packed very securely - took a while to unwrap.
