Is a fault here a safety issue?

Not for driving safety, but the glass may not latch securely, risking accidental opening or rattling.

Can it be repaired instead of replaced?

Sometimes cleaning and lubricating the mechanism helps, but if parts have broken, replacement is more reliable.

No complaints about Evro Trans itself, everything's fine. But the delivery..... It felt like the order was being carried by turtles. 4 days from Riga to Daugavpils. Judging by the tracking, the parcel just sat somewhere behind a shed for 3 days, then they found it and delivered it the next day. I think that's why I won't be ordering there again.

Bought a front fender for my car. I liked it! After payment they sent more than 20 photos of the problem areas, and it was packed very securely - took a while to unwrap.
